Includes 5 inserts p/n 55522 This is a special Ford ADD-ON kit that is used in conjunction with the p/n 5553 or 5141E.  You ream the hole larger with the reamer from the 5553 or 5141E by moving the collar back.  You must have 1 of these kits above to finish this repair.   We would recommend the full kit p/n 5600
